Debtor's interest under a proprietary lease between OCEAN RESORTS
CO-OP, INC., as Lessor and Debtor as Lessee in Campsite No. /gyp in
BRYN MAWR OCEAN RESORTS, a campsite cooperative situate on certain
real property in St. Luciz County, Florida, more garticularly described
as follows:

right-of-hay; Together with all of that property lying South
