the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by Welter S. Miller and Mary
S. Miller, hia wife dated June 10th 19 67 ,and recorded I

in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 166 on page
2079 ,securing the payment of the sum of Fifteen Thousand and no/100-------------------
Dollars (s 15,000.00------)
covering property in the County of St . Lucie ,Florida, cloth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtedness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and cloth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgaga and releasa and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to.
cancel the same of record.
