This cause coming on before this Court on the 21st day
of April, 1980 on the Respondent's Motion to Abate and the
court having heard. arguments of counsel and there being no
opposition to the motion by the State, and the court being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above styled action brought
through the office of the State Attorney pursuant to the Uniform
Reciprocal Enforcement of Support. Act is hereby abated and that
any and all arrearages which may have accrued under said action
are hereby deemed to have been paid in full.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
