PROMISSORY NOTE -
For value received the undersigned promises to pay to the
order of Josephine Fioto the principal sum of Three Thousand Four
Hundred Eighty and no/100 dollars ($3,4-80.00) together with interest
thereon from date, at the rate of (10$) Ten per cent, per. annum until
maturity, both principal and interest being payable in lawful money
of the'Dnited States or its equi ~ t, at 682 S.E. Delancey Lane,
Port St. Lucie,~Florida 3 2~qa d incipal sum to be payable on the
dates and in the amounts specified below, to-wit: First installment
of $2, 000.00 plus interest. on unpaid balance to become due on ~ -
5/9/80. Final principal payment in the amount of $1,480,00 plus
unpaid-interest to become due on 6/9/80.
The makers of this Note herein reserve the right of prepayment
in whole or in part-at any time without penalty.
- Each maker and endorser severally waives demand, protest and
notice.of maturity, non-payment or protest and all requirements
necessary to hold each of them liable as makers and endorsers. -
