AND WHEREAS, the above-recited real property was encwnbered by a
third mortgage given and executed by R.Z.A.M., INC., a Florida corporation to
EIaRED G. MILLER dated March 4, 1980, and recarded as aforesaid in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida in Official Records Book 327 at
Page 2 144 on March 1 8 , 1980, to secure the payment of the principal sum
of $20,000.00 which said mortgage is presently secured upon the said premises.
SUBSDQUEIQT I4rJKIC~AGE
AND WHEREAS, a Fourth Mortgage given by the said R.Z.A.M., INC.,
a Flarida carporation to BARBER I~fBER COMPANY, INC. for the principal sum of
$7,544.31, dated the 9th day ofApril, 1980 and intended to be- forthwith
recorded as afaresaid, which said mortgage is secured on the premises here--
inabove described;
TATrENr TO SUBORDINATE
AND WHEREAS, it is the desire and intention of the parties
hereto to subordinate the liens and operations of the third mortgages first
above-recited, far. the full balance thereof, to the lien and operation of
the Foi~-th Mortgage second above-recited, so that the said Fourth Mortgage
sec~orxi above-recited shall and will become a lien upon the said premises
and the third i~dartgages first above-recited be subordinated thereto in every
manner whatsoever;
CONSIDERATION AND SUBORDINATION '
NOW WITNESS: That the parties hereto intending to be~legally baznd
hereby, in consideration of the premises and of the advantages, to be derived
from these presents as well as in consideration of the sum of $7,544.31
represented by promissory note, and that certain satisfactior? of lien, each to the
other well and truly paid and/or delivered at and before the sealing and delivery
of these presents, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, agree that the
said third mortgages first above-recited, given and executed by R. Z.A.M., INC.,
a Florida corporation to FLORID G. MILLER dated March 4, 1980, and recorded in
the public records of St. Lucie County, Flarida in Official Records Book 7 -
at Page 214 8 ,arid Official Records Book 3 2 7 at Page 2144 ,secured upon
the premises as therein described be, and the same are by these presents, made junior
in lien and subordinated to the lien and operation of the said Fourth Mortgage second
above-recited given and executed by R. Z.A.M., INC., a Florida corporation to
BARBER LUMBER CO[~ANY, Il~C. dated April~th, 1980, and intended to be forthwith
recorded as aforesaid, in the principal sum of $7,544.31 secured upon the premises
herein described.
