In the event of default under any of the terms ar co[xiitions of the
said subordinated Mortgage, resulting in foreclosure proceedings thereon, ar on the
accompanying note, such proceedings shall be especially advertised as being under
and subject to the lien and payment of the said mortgage given and executed by
R. Z.A.M. , INC. , a Florida carporation to BARBER L(I~IDER CG~II'ANY, INC. dated
April 9th , 1980, iri the principal sum of $7,544.31.
