ORDER TAXING COSTS AND ATTORNEY'S FEES
.THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 28th day of April,
1980, upon the Motion to Tax Costs, including Attorney's fees,
and the Motion for Interest filed on behalf of the Defendants,
RONNIE C. CHILDRESS and LINDA K. CHILDRESS, his wife, and
the Court having heard the evidence presented and having
received into evidence various exhibits and bills, and the ,
Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
upon consideration
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the following costs be taxed against the Plaintiff,
€ as to Parcel No. 142:
(a) To HELLSTROM AND ASSOCIATES $2,082.75

(c) To JOHN S. TIERNEY, JR. 2,250.00
(d) To STANLEY E. DUNN 6,850.00
(e) To BRENNAN, McALILEY, HAYSKAR,
McALILEY & DECKERT, P.A. 119.89
~ TOTAL: $11,837.64
(2) That a reasonable attorney's fee for the attorneys

representing the Defendants, RONNIE C. CHILDRESS and LINDA K.
CHILDRESS, his wife, landowners of Parcel No. 142, be and the
same is hereby awarded in the amount of $14,500.00. ~
(3) That a reasonable attorney's fee for the expert

testimony of Michael Jeffries, be and the same is hereby awarded
in the amount of $187.50.
