(4) That the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION,

STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, be and it is
hereby ordered to pay .the total sum of $26,525.14, for attorney's
fees and costs awarded, and expert witness fee.
Said sum shall be deposited in the Registry of this
Court, and the Clerk of said Court is hereby ordered to disburse
said sum to the law firm of BRENNAN, McALILEY, HAYSKAR, McALILEY s
S DECKERT, P.A. and said law firm will make the disbursements
in accordance with paragraphs (1), (2) and (3) of this Order.
