ORDER FOR INTEREST ON ADDITIONAL AWARD THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 28th day of April, 1980, upon the Motion for Interest, filed on behalf of the Defendants, RONNIE C. CHILDRESS and LINDA R. CHILDRESS,-his wife, and the Court having heard argument of counsel and the Court determining that interest at the rate of six percent (6$) would be payable on the increased award up until the date when Florida Statute 74.061 was amended, and that after said date interest at the rate of eight percent (8$) on the increased ' award should be paid, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, be and it is hereby ordered to pay six percent on the additional i award of $9,000.00 from March 1, 1976 to October 1, 1978 and eight percent on the additional award of $9,000.00 from October 1, 1978 to April 14, 1980, for a total sum of $ pC ~ ~ 1 , 7 5 to be paid to the Defendants. Said sum shall be deposited in the Registry of the Court and the Clerk of said Court shall disburse the funds to said Defendants.
