After each of these arguments was responded to by the
Plaintiffs' attorney, Edwin R. Ivy, it is hereby:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion to Dismiss by STATE PAVING CORPORATION is
denied.
2. The Motion to Strike Plaintiffs' Claim for Punitive
-Damages is denied.
3. The Motion to Drop Parties made by STATE PAVING ~
- CORPORATION is denied with leave to refile later after discovery.
4. STATE PAVING CORPORATION has ten (10) days from the
date of this Order in which to file an Answer.
