AFFIDAVIT

I HEREBY CERTIFY that on this day .before me, an officer
duly qualified to take acknowleci3ments, personally appeared
ERROL S.~WILLES, who, being duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he personally knew GASTON P. GIRAUD and BEATRICE
J. GIRAUD, husband and wife, the grantees in that certain Warrant
Deed dated October 23, 1958 and recorded in O. R. Book 241, page
538, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. That the said GASTON P. GIRAUD and BEATRICE J. GIRAUD,
were married prior to October 23, 1958 and lived together cont-
inuously as husband and wife until September 6, 1965, the date
of death of GASTON P. GIRAUD.
Further Affiant sayeth not.
