NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable considerations,
it is hereby mutually agreed-that the above-mentioned Promissory
Note be reformed to provide that as of the date hereof, the
principal balance of said. Promissory Note is Sixty Thousand
Dollars ($60,000.00), which shall hereafter bear interest at
the prime rate of Florida National Banks of Florida, Inc.,
based u n the rime rate of said bankin institution on a

daily basis, and that the principal and all interest accruing
thereon shall be repaid in twenty-five (25) annual installments
commencing upon the 29th day of April, 1981, in the amount of ~
Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00), plus interest
accrued and upon the 29th day of April for each year thereafter
by the payment of Two Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($2,400.00)
upon principal and all accrued interest, until the entire
principal balance and all accrued interest be fully paid.
The parties hereto hereby further covenant and agree
that all other terms and conditions of said Mortgage and Promis-
soryn Note dated December 10, 1979, shall remain in full force and
effect and that nothing herein contained shall in any way impair, alter
or diminish the terms and conditions, lien or encumbrances
of said Mortgage and Note, other than as expressly stated in
this Agreement. {
