Official Records Book 266, page 2893, et seq., of the Public Records of St.

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in favor of

herein specifically assumes and agrees to pay.
and the Grantor does hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against the, lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
except taxes for year 1980 and subsequent, and restrictions, -reservations, limitations, covenants, and easements of record, if any.
