POWER OF ATTORNEY
KNOW ALL MEN RY THESE PRESENTS, that we, VINCENT MUSARRA
and ROSE MUSARRA, his wife, of the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida,
do make, constitute and appoint LOUIS MEDVEDEFF or GEORGE MEDVEDEF
our true and lawful Attorneys in fact, for us, and in our names,
place and stead, to grant, bargain, sell and convey any and all
real property owned by us and situate in St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said Attorneys in fact are authorized to grant, bargain, convey,
sell or to contract for the sale, purchase and conveyance of any
and all of the above mentioned real property to or from any, person
for such price or prices, and on such terms and conditions as said
Attorneys in fact may deem proper, and in our names to make, exe-
cute acknowledge and deliver a good and sufficient deed or deeds
of conveyance or other instrument or instruments necessary to ef-
feet such sale, conveyance, purchase or agreement.
1. We grant to said attorneys in fact full power and auth
ority to perform all acts to be done in and about the premises as
herein described, as we could do if personally present.
~ 2. We authorize said attorneys in fact to request, demand
f sue for, collect, recover, and. receive all moneys which may become
due and owing to us by reason of such sale, purchase and-convey-
ance, whether by deed, contract, or other instrument.
