And the said Grantor, for itself apd for its successors,
warrants the above described and hereby granted and released premises,
and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the .
said Grantee, and his heirs and~atssigns, against the said Grantor,
and its successors, and against all and every person or persona whom-
soever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, bye, through and under
