to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as

That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of

acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee, i

- Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,
hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with
.all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and

limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 7-18 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the
above-described unit.
This conveyance is made subject to the following:
