And the said Grantor, for itself and for its successors,
warrants the above described and hereby granted and released premises,
and every part and parcel thereof, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Grantee, and his heirs and•assigns, against the said Grantor,
and its successors, and against all and every person or persons whom-
soever lawfully claiming or to claim the same, by, through and under
the Grantor herein, shall and will subject as aforesaid warrant and ~
forever defend.
