5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,

reservations .and- easements of record,- ff any, which may now affect
the afore-described property. -
- TO HAVE AND•TO SOLD the above granted, bargained- and described
premises,--with the appurtenances; unto_the said Grantee, his heirs
and assigns, to his own•proper use;: benefit .and behoof forever,
subject as aforesaid.
- -And the said Grantor,~for-itself.and.for its successors and
assigns, does cogenant, promise and agree to and•with the said
Grantee and his heirs and assigns, that the said Grantor, at the
tiuae of the ensealing and delivery of these presents, was .lawfully
