5. All agreements, covenants, conditions, restrictions,
reservations and easements of record, if ariy, which may~now affect
the afore-described property.
TO HAVE AND-TO HOLD the above granted, bargained and described
premises-, with the appurtenances, unto the said Grantee, his heirs

and assigns, to his own proper use; benefit and behoof forever,
subject as aforesaid.

And the said Grantor, for-itself and for its successors and
' assigns, does covenant, promise and agree to and with the said
Grantee and his heirs and assigns, that the said Grantor, at the
E time of the ensealing and delivery of these presents, was lawfully

full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain, sell and convey
