THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of April a~g~oo
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant
to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor") , and Robert McElroy and Dorothy D. McElroy, his wife

limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common

Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the
