THIS INDENTURE, made this 10 day of April '
1980, between RADNOR/OCSANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant
to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor"), and Robert L. White and Doris A. White, his wife
whose post office address~is 20 Stone Fence Rd., Allendale, N.J. 07401
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S S S T H
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of ,
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby"
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,

Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the .
