THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of April
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a partnership formed pursuant '
to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor"), and John William Goodwin & Margaret Louise Goodwin, his wife,

(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S SETH
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of -
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby

and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described.

to the Declaration of Condominium of Oceans Oceanfront

set forth in the Declaration of Condominium. -

~ Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,
~ hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with

~f all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and
contained in-the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
e limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the

This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
2. Applicable zoning and other governmental regulations and
ordinances; privileges, obligations, easements and liens set forth
