THIS INDENTURE, made this 10th day of April
1980, between RADNOR/OCEANA PARTNERSHIP, a~partnership formed pursuant
to the laws of the State of Florida (hereinafter referred to as
"Grantor") , and M. Stuart Raynor, Jr. and Richard Greenamyer, as joint tenants
with the right of survivorship, and not as tenants in common,
-whose post office address is 742 Flamimgo Way, North Palm Beach, F1a.33408
(hereinafter referred to as "Grantee").
W I T N E S SETH
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to
it in hand paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to the Grantee,
and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever, the following described
real property situated, lying and being in Hutchinson Island,
Jensen Beach, St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:

~ ~ to such Unit and all other appurtenances to such Unit as

''i Grantee, by acceptance hereof, and by agreement with Grantor,
f hereby expressly assumes and agrees to be bound by and to comply with
all of the covenants, terms, conditions and provisions set forth and
contained in the Declaration of Condominium, including, but not
~ limited to, the obligation to make payment of assessments for Common
Expenses (as said term is defined in the Florida Condominium Act,
Chapter 718 of the Florida Statutes) which may be levied against the
above-described unit.
This conveyance is made subject to the following: -
1. Real Estate taxes for the year 1980, and subsequent years;
