MODIFICATION b~` CHILD SUPPORT
THIS CAUSE, having come before. the Court on the Stipulation
of the parties for an increase in .child support and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment entered in
this action and the Agreement incorporated therein, shall be and it is
hereby modified as. follows:
1. Commencing on the date of this Order, the Father, JOSEPH
GEORGE MILLER, shall pay directly to the Mother, REBECCA DARLENE
DUCKWORTH, the sum of $300.00 each and every month for the support
of tfie two minor children of the parties; said sum to continue until
such time as both the children reach majority, marry or become self-
E supporting.
