DEFINITE STATEMENT
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on -the Motion for More
Definite Statement filed by Defendant, JOHNSON CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH,
INC. and the Court having heard the argument of counsel and being
fully advised in the premises, it is herein
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion for More Definite Statement is granted and
Plaintiff shall file a true copy of the warranty repair order dated
December 30, 1976 in the court file which shall be then deemed an
exhibit to Count IV of the Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint.
2. That Defendant, JOHNSON CHRYSLER-PLYMOUTH, INC, shall

have 15 days from the_date of Plaintiff's filing of the warranty
repair order dated December 30, 1976 within which to file a respon-
sive pleading.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, Florida, this ~~day of
