CROWNOVER Husband FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 22nd day of April, 1980 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAMELA K. CROWNOVER and DALE R. CROWNOVER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of KYLE RAY CROWNOVER, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to PAMELA K. CROWNOVER with reason- ~ able visitation rights reserved to DALE R. CROWNOVER. f ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of ~ 1980, ~ DALE R. CROWNOVER shall pay to PAMELA K. CROWNOVER the sum of $35.00 each and every week, for the support of the child named above. I Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to PAMELA K. CROWNOVER. In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.OO~as statutory costs 'to be added to each a ent made to the Clerk. All P ym payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check.
