4. STIPULATION. The stipulation between the parties as
stated at the Final Hearing herein and attached hereto is hereby
incorporated herein by reference and the parties are ordered to
comply with the provisions thereof.
5. RESTORATION OF NAME. PAMELA K. CROWNOVER be and she is
hereby authorized to assume her former name of PAMELA BRUNS and to
use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
