to a point on a curve concave Northwesterly having a tangent bearing
of S 62°40`06" W through said point; thence Southwesterly along said
curve having a radius of 1113.28 feet through an angle of 04°55'01", ~

on a curve concave Northwesterly having a tangent bearing of
