FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on for hearing before this
Court, a default judgment having been previously entered
against some of the Defendants, and the Plaintiff having
moved for Summary Judgment as to all parcels except those
previously dismissed by voluntary dismissal, and the Court
having considered the same, the arguments of counsel, and

being otherwise fully advised in the premises herein, the

Court makes-the following findings: .
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the property
sought to be foreclosed herein;
2. This Court has jurisdiction of the individual
parties hereto, and the subject matter of this suit;

3. That there is now due, owing and unpaid to ~
the Plaintiff, upon special assessment improvement liens ~
and other liens, various amounts as set forth below;
4. That there are tax certificates issued and
outstanding upon certain of the parcels subject matter of
this action; i
5. That the lien of the special assessment liens

of the Plaintiff are ca-~ec~ual with the lien of taxes repre-
sented by tax certificates issued and outstanding;
