That there was, at the date of filing of this } action, due and owing upon the following parcels, the fFf f following amounts for ad valorem real property taxes including penalty and interest, for the years indicated: Parcel No. 1, 11, and 20. (a) Parcel No. 1: Taxes for 1976 $ 47.87 1977 40.13 Total $ 88.00 (b) Parcel No. 11: Taxes for 1977 $ 56.79 (c) Parcel No. 20: Taxes for 1963 (City) 14.72 ~ 1977 41.14 Total $ 55.86 WHEREUPON, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDED as follows: (1) The Court has jurisdiction of the parties served; (2) The Court has jurisdiction of the subject ~ i matter of this suit; ' (3) The allegations contained in the Complaint E have been proven, by the competent evidence, and there F is now due and owing to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE and I ~ constituting a lien upon the premises subject matter of ~ I this suit, for Special Improvement Assessment Liens, the total ~ sum of $ 4,480.48. ~ (4) That there is also due, for delinquent ad valorem real property taxes, arising prior to the filing of this suit, upon the parcels, with interest and penalties, the total sum of $200.65.
