(11) The Plaintiff shall advance the cost of publi- cation of the Notice of Sale, and the Clerk's fee for making the sale and shall be reimbursed therefor by the Clerk out of the proceeds of the sale, if the Plaintiff shall not become a purchaser of all of the parcels. (12) The Plaintiff and the holders of any tax cer- tificates issued for tax years beofre 1978, parties to this cause, f(f I may be bidders for the purchase of the property at the sale. If ~ the Plaintiff or the holder of any tax certificate for any tax year prior to 1978, shall be the purchaser of any parcel, the Clerk shall credit on the bed of the Plaintiff, or such tax certificate holder, the total sum herein found due to the Plain- ~ tiff, or claimed by such tax certificate holder, or such portion thereof as may be necessary to pay fully the bid of the Plain- tiff, or such tax certificate holder, except that the sums ' mentioned in paragraph 13A of this Judgment must be paid in ~ cash . ~ i (13) Upon confirmation of the sale whether confirmation be by the Clerk filing Certificates of Title or by Order of this Court ruling upon objections of that sale; the Clerk shall i make distribution of the proceeds of this sale by paying: i (a) All costs and expenses of these proceedings sub- . _ I! sequent to the entry of this Final Judgment, including the costs i of publishing of the Notice of Sale and the Clerk's fee for making said sale (unless the Plaintiff, having already paid for { those two items of costs, shall be the pruchaser at said sale), e and for the hereinabove stated attorneys; fees allowed to attorneys for the Plaintiff. (b) The remaining amounts on parcels upon which there is no outstanding ad valorem real property taxes prior to 1978, shall be paid to the Plaintiff with interest thereon, as provided by Statute from the date hereof, through the date of sale. _ (c) Upon those parcels upon which there are any out- standing, delinquent, ad valorem real property taxes accruing prior to January 1, 1978, such amounts arising from the sale of such parcel, shall be paid to the holder of any tax certificate or title to the property arising therefrom and to the Plaintiff herein, prorated in proportion to their interest in said parcel.
