(d) Thereafter, upon any parcels upon which the

Plantiff shall hold liens for other matters, and after
the payment of those amounts specified in subparagraphs (a),
(b), (c), any remaining amounts due to the-Plaintiff thereon,
as provided by Statute, form the date thereof, through the
date of sale.
(14) Should there be surplus after the payment
above specified, it shall be paid into the registry of the
Court,
(15) Upon confirmation of the sale, all Defendants
and all persons claiming by and through the said named
Defendants, and any other persons are severally barred from
any right, title, interest, claim or demand in or to said
property, the purchase at the sale, its agents and assigns
shall be let into possession of said property without delay.
(16) Said sale shall be subject to any and all
ad valorem real property taxes accruing on and after January
1, 1978.
(17) This Court retains jurisdiction of this cause
to settle all other questions that this Court has jurisdiction
to settle under the Complaint in which the proceedings therein
had not settled by this or previous Judgments or Orders in
this cause, as the Court shall deem proper in equity and as the ~
circumstances of this case may require.
