THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment of Garnishment, and
the Answer of the Garnishee, CHARLES A. SULLIVAN, attorney

for BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC•. The Answer filed by
the Garnishee, BARRIE~REED'S AUTO PLAZA, ItiC., admits that
it is indebted to the Defendants, M. B. SKAGGS and MARY ANN
SKAGGS, his wife, under a certain Note and Mortgage dated
November 9, 1978, wherein BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., a
Florida corporation, as Mortgagor and M. B. SKAGGS and '
MARY ANN SKAGGS, his wife, the Defendants herein, as

~ tenants in common, are the Mortgagees; said Mortgage is
recorded in 0. R. Book 297 a e 2471 thro h 2
p g ug 473, of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and encumbers
the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 47, less the North 210 feet thereof of ~
the Subdivision of WHITE CITY, in Section 3,
F Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as per plat
~of said subdivision on file in Plat Book 1,
page 23, of the Public Records of St. Lucie.
County, Florida.
Furthermore, the Answer of the. Garnishee admits that ,
the unpaid balance of the Mortgage is Eighty Thousand ~ f
