by sending each Defendant one-half (1/2) namely, Eight Hundred

M. B. SKAGGS, and Eight Hundred Ninety Six and 31/100

($896.31) Dollars to the Defendant, MARY ANN SKAGGS. At the
hearing held herein on the Motion for Final Judgment of
Garnishment,- it was brought to the Court's attention that a

Final Judgment was rendered against the Defendant, M. B. SKAGGS,I~I

in Case No. 79-470-CA, which was brought in the Circuit Court
of the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit, In and For St. Lucie
County, Florida. In that Judgment, BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE,
was awarded a Judgment in the total amount of Nine Thousand
Five Hundred ($9,500.00) Dollars, against the Defendant,

M. B. SKAGGS, and said Judgment provides that the amount of
the Judgment shall constitute a lien against the payments
i
due to M. B. SKAGGS under the Note and Mortgage referred to
above in this Judgment and furthermore, provided that
M. B. SKAGGS shall pay BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE one-half (1/2)
of the monthly mortgage payment which he receives from

BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC. under that note and mortgage.

Having taken all of these factors into consideration
and having heard the argument of counsel, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
~ 1. That the above named Garnishee, BARRIE REED'S
~ AUTO PLAZA, INC. shall pay to the Plaintiff, THE FURST COMPANY

E OF FORT PIERCE, a Florida corporation, the monthly mortgage
payment due to MARx ANN SKAGGS on April 9, 1980, in the
. total amount of $896.31.
