THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard upon HAROLD H.
GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE's Motion to Amend Order and Defendant's Traverse
to Motion to Amend Order and Motion Directing Release of Funds in
Court Registry to the Defendant, and the Court having heard the
arguments of counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it
is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE's Motion to Amend Order is
hereby denied. The said HAROLD H. GOLDMAN, ESQUIRE is further
ordered to deposit forthwith all funds held in his trust account
into the Court Registry for deposit to Case No. 79-470-CA, said
' funds believed to be in the amount of $2,547.93. The Clerk of the

Circuit Court shall distribute all funds currently held in said
I Case No. 79-470-CA to Guy R. Bruni Trust Account.
