ORDER
After due notice by or to all parties effected, a
hearing was held on April 29, 1980, with respect to the
matters disposed of by this Order. Based upon the argument
j of counsel and the written Stipulation dated April 22, 1980,
between VINCENT A. LLOYD, ESQUIRE, CHARLES A. SULLIVAN, ESQUIRE,
E and GUY R. BRUNT, ESQUIRE, attorneys respectively for the

~ FURST COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE, BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC.
and BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE, it is;

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court shall
~ disperse the sum~of $3,397.24, which is on deposit in Case

No. 79-82-CA, representing funds deposited by the Garnishee,
BARRIE REED'S AUTO PLAZA, INC., after the deduction of all
statutory Clerk's fees as follows:
75% thereof to VINCENT A. LLOYD, as attorney for
the Plaintiff, THE FURST COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE;
25% thereof to GUY R. BRUNT, as attorney for
BARBARA ANN ALDRIDGE, in Case No. 79-470-CA
