ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon plaintiffs' Motion .for Order
Requiring the Production of Documentary Evidence at trial and the Court
having heard argument of counsel of record for the respective parties
and being otherwise further advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
1. The Plaintiff shall be permitted to admit documents set forth
in the Motion in copy form as opposed to originals and that the
originals need not be presented at trial.
2. Plaintiff shall file an appropriate Notice to Produce at
trial the financial statement of RUDOLPH MARCHESE pursuant to Florida
Rules of Civil Procedure.
