ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon plaintiffs' Motion to
Compel dated April 21, 1980, and the Court having heard argument of
counsel for the respective parties and being otherwise further advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that
1. The Motion to Compel filed on behalf .of-the plaintiffs be
and the same is hereby granted.
2. The defendants shall deliver to the plaintiffs those items
in defendants' possession set forth in the Motion to Compel on or
~ before fifteen days from the date of this order.

3. As to those items that the defendant does not have in his
~ possession or cannot obtain, defendant shall file a statement under
oath pursuant to Florida Rules of Civil Procedure acknowledging that
he does not have said documents in this possession or cannot obtain
them.
