BARDI MOORS, et a1, Defendant, Case Number 79-264-CA is con-
solidated with the case of DONNA DIEHL, Plaintiff, vs DINA
BARDI MOORS, et el, Defendant, Case Number 79-484-CA and that
they shall be tried jointly.
