From said Point of Beginning run North 1 deg. 29 min.
West, 243.6 feet to a concrete monument on the north
shore of Causeway Island and Indian River; thence
meandering the north shore of Causeway Island and Indian
River,. run Easterly and Northerly along said shore line to
the northwesterly boundary line of Lot 4, Block 25, of
FORT PIERCE BEACH SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 58 of the.Public Records of St.Lucie
County,Florida, thence Northeasterly along the north
boundary of said Lot 4 to its .intersection with the westerly
right of way line of State Road A-1-A; thence Southerly
and Westerly along the westerly right of way line of State
Road A-1-A to the Point of Beginning.
and, to the fullest extent the undersigned has the power to grant,
if at all, over, along and under the roads, streets or highways
adjoining or through said property.

undersigned.

Bell Telephone and_Telegraph Company, it successors and assigns
forever. Southern Bell Telephone and Telegraph Company, its
successors and assigns assume the responsibility for any damages
caused by its personnel and/or its contractors.
