SUMMARY FINAL JUDGMENT This cause coming on before the Court on Plaintiff's Motion for Summary and Final Judgment and the Court finding from the pleadings and the proofs filed herein and from the Clerk's deed, duly recorded in O.R. Book-•90, Page 358 and O.R. Book 90, Page 361, from the sale of June 19, 1961, p~lic records of St.~lucie County, Florida; that the plaintiff has a right superior to all other claims and to the claims of the defendants or anyone claiming by, through or under the said defendants; that the plaintiff has re~rutined in undisturbed possession and has. paid the-taxes on the property - and has exercised the right of ownership in fee simple as to the said ! property and that the time has expired within which objections to the Clerk's deed may be validly made upon the record and the Court, and the E € Court being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby G CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as foilows: 1. That the plaintiff's Motion for Summary and Final Judgment be and the same is hereby granted and that the fee simple title to the ~ - property described as: ~ Lot 14, Block A ,HARMONY ESTATES, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 78, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. E - Lot Block 0, HARMONY HEIGHTS ADDITION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8, Page 38, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
