said property and the premises on each part and parcel thereof, for all
of which the said title in the said property is quieted in-the plaintiff
and confirmed as against the said defendant or such persons as may claim
by, through or under them, and that the said defendants are forever-barred,
en3oi ned and restrained from setting up , attempting to 'set , asserting or
attempting to assert any right, title or claim against the title of the said
plaintiff, or his successors and assigns, whose fee simple title is hereby
- quieted.
DONE and ORDERE in Chambers at-Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
