O R D E R
.THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on April 21, 1980,
upon the Defendants' Motion to Dismiss Plaintiffs' Amended
Complaint, and this Court having considered the merits
of said motion, having treated portions of same as a Motion
to Strike, having entertained argument of counsel in support
of their respective positions, and having been otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) Defendants' Motion to Strike y9 (a) of Count I

f is hereby granted.
(2) Defendants' Motion to Strike that portion of ti9 (e)

~ in Count I which purports to make claim for loss of
earnings is hereby denied.
(3) Defendants' Motion to Strike that portion of y9 (e)
of Count I which purports to make claim for loss of net
accummulations to estate is hereby granted. .
(4) Defendants' Motion to Strike that portion of Y9 (e)
of Count I which purports to make claim for bodily injury,
~ pain, suffering, and mental/physical anguish on the part of the ~
decedent, is hereby granted.
