C. Floor Covering, Inc., is hereby denied. ~ ` (7) Ruling is withheld and reserved in connection with Defendants' Motion to Dismiss that aspect of Count II which purports to make claim for punitive damages as against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company. (8) That Plaintiffs shall have sixty (60) days from the date of entry of this Order within which to file a second Amended Complaint. (9) That Defendants shall have twenty (20) days from the date of filing of Plaintiffs' second Amended Complaint within which to file pleadings in response to same.
