186.38 feet; thence go East 261.39 feet; thence go South 00°33'00" East,
80.0 feet; thence go along the Northerly Right-of-Way of Chamberlin
Boulevard as shown on the aforementioned Taylor Subdivision Plat,
having a chord bearing of South 64°40'23" West, and a chord distance
of 229.46 feet to the Point-of-Beginning. All lying and situate in_
St. Lucie County, Florida, also being known as the Westerly 261.39
feet of Tract D-1, of the aforementioned Taylor Subdivision.
