ORDER
THIS matter came onto be heard upon the various
;;defensive Motions filed by the Defendants, SUN BANKS OF FLORIDA,
ZINC., a Florida corporation, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, INC.,
`a Florida corporation, CHARLES BLOEHM, THE CORBITT SECURITY
.WAND PATROL COMPANY, INC., a, Florida corporation and LOYE P.
CORBITT, and after hearing argument of counsel and being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss the
Amended Complaint filed by the Defendants, SUN BANKS OF FLORIDA,
'INC., a Florida corporation, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, INC.,
a Flor-da corporation, and CHARLES BLOEHM, be and the same is
hereby denied except that the term and/or phrase "aggravated
assault" shall be stricken from the Amended Complaint in all
,places where the same appears. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Strike punitive
damages filed by the Defendants, SUN BANKS OF FLORIDA, INC., a
Florida corporation, SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, INC., a Florida
corporation and CHARLES BLOEHM, against the Amended Complaint be

and the same is hereby denied. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Dismiss filed }
