AFFIDAVIT

BEFOR$ ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared RUTH W.
POPICK, of full age and who being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That she is the surviving widow of the late JACR S. POPICR,
who died on November 28, 1975 and who, at the time of his death, was a
bona fide resident of Dade County, Florida.
2. That your Affiant and the said JACK S. POPICR were lawfully
married to each other on June 15, 1935 at New York, New York, and re- ,
mained continuously married each to the other without divorce or in-
terruption until November 28, 1975, when the said JACK S. POPICR died
at North Miami, Florida.
3. That neither your Affiant nor the said JACR S. POPICR ever
resided or maintained a homestead in St. Lucie County, Florida, and
that no portion of the following described property lying, being and
situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, ever constituted the homestead
of your Affiant, or of her late husband, the said JACR S. POPICR, to-wit:
'E Lots 11, 12 and 13 of Block 8, Unit 2, and Lots 25, 26,
I 27, 28, 29 and 30 of Block 2, Unit 2, RIVERDALE YACHT
CLUB ESTATES, according to the Plat of said division re-
~ corded in Plat Book 6, Page 40, Public Records of St.
i Lucie County, Florida.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NOT. '
