BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared,
MARK R. RUBIN, who, after being first duly sworn, deposes and
says
1. That he is one of the Personal Representatives of
the Estate of Herman Rubin, deceased.
2. That of his own personal knowledge he attests that
Fae S. Rubin and Herman Rubin were duly married to each other
on September 3, 1922 in Stamford, Connecticut and .remained
so married until the date of death of Herman Rubin on
June 19, 1977. '
3. That. neither Fae S. Rubin or Herman Rubin ever had '
any homestead property in St. Lucie County, Florida.
FURTHER, AFFIANT SAYP:TH NAUGHT. '
