PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED f
. THIS INDENTURE made this ~'7 day of August, 1979 between a
FAE S. RUBIN and MARK R. RUBIN, as Personal Representatives of the Estate
of HERMAN RUBIN, Deceased, Parties of the First Part, and GEORGE M. RUSSUM, ~
party of the second part.
WITNESSETH, that the Parties of the First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given in and by the Last Will and
Testament of HERMAN RUBIN, Deceased, and in consideration of the sum of
Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable considerations in hand paid,
grant,- bargain, sell, assign, release, convey and confirm to~the Parties of
the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns forever, an undivided 12 1/2X
interest of all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOTS 11, 12, 13, Block 8, RIVERDALE YACHT CLUB
ESTATES, UNIT T<ao, according to the plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 6, page 40 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT T0:
1. Conditions, restrictions, reservations, easements
and limitations of record.
2. Taxes for the year 1978 and subsequent years.
3. Governmental Zoning Ordinances. ~
TOGETHER WITH the estate which the said Testator had at the time
of his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have or had the power
to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the said Will or otherwise. '
TO HAVE AND TO MOLD the premises herein granted to the Parties of
the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with the -
Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to and in and about this conveyance and the Laws of Florida .
have been followed and complied with in all. respects. i
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties of the. First Part have set their
hands and seals on the day and year first above wt~itten.
