between DAVID W. POPICK, DONALD M. KLEI:1 and THUR J. KLINE, as
Pers:anal Representatives of the Estate of JACK PbPICK, Deceased,
Parties of the First Part, and BESSIE N. RUSSUM, party of the

WITNESSETH, that the Parties o~ *..he First Part, by virtue
of the power and authority to them given ~n and by the Last Will
and Testament of JACK POPICK, Deceased, and i.: consideration of
the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars and other good ant valuable con-
siderations in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, as~igns,.re-
leases, conveys and confirms to the Parties of the Second ?art,
their heirs .and assigns forever, an undivided 50$ interest of mil
that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, more particularly described as follows:

- TOGETHER with the estate which said Testator had at the time of
his decease and which the Parties of the First Part have or had the--
power of attorney to convey or dispose of, or by virtue of the said
Will or otherwise.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted to the Parties
of the Second Part, their heirs, and assigns, forever.
AND the Parties of the First Part do covenant to and with the
E Parties of the Second Part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
things preliminary to and in and about this conveyance and the Laws
of Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
